The new office complex Herman Teirlinck, next to the Tour & Taxis site along Brussels’ canal zone, is the administrative heart of the Flemish Government. Between the offices runs a central indoor street and a greenhouse structure with four indoor gardens. Each of these gardens has its own atmosphere and character. Flemish civil servants use the gardens as a meeting place, a unique workspace or a calm environment for their break. A thoughtful choice of indoor planting and know-how on substrates and irrigation creates green indoor gardens.
