By deviating from a classic subdivision pattern and choosing 4 compact clusters elevated in a wet landscape, Avantgarden and Perifer architecture & urban planning won this design competition. Each cluster has an intimate inner garden that functions as a courtyard and belvedere towards the surrounding water-rich landscape.
