The redevelopment of the “DOK NOORD” area brings an old industrial harbour zone back to life as a mixed landscape with space for living, life and work. Crombrugghe Park connects Sint-Salvatorstraat with the Dok-Noord site and was designed as an unpaved landscape zone where playing, staying and moving through are the main functions. The historic factory walls and the gate to the area are preserved, and together with the steel structure of the former warehouses become part of the landscape.
