The site with outdated industrial and office buildings of 3M was transformed into an innovative, high-quality office campus embedded in a spacious park landscape with a strong identity. The forecourts and roof gardens connect to an extensive staircase with views of the centrally located pond zone. Within the office park, strong emphasis is placed on use and experience. Across the park and around the buildings, there are various meeting and relaxation areas that enable events, meetings, lunch breaks and sports activities. A strong green layering, consisting of a green buffer along the ring road, diverse native tree species, bee- and butterfly-friendly prairie planting, flower meadows, spring bloomers and hedgerows, contributes to ecological quality and landscape experience and helps achieve a high BREEAM score.
