Avantgarden - Care-free living in a stream-lined valley

Residentie Vuerenveld is an assisted living centre in Wezenbeek-Oppem. It lies in a valley crossed by a beautiful, old stream. The location made a thorough hydrologic study necessary. This was performed by Avantgarden. The presence of the stream and the results of the study influenced everything from the initial construction request through to the development plans. It also inspired Avantgarden to use differences in height as a centre point in their design. Architecture: Jaspers-Eyers Architects.
