Avantgarden - Master plan with a green filling

The old Katwilg business site in Linkeroever in Antwerp needed a thorough facelift. It came with a new master plan based on an open grid structure. Avantgarden consequently permeated the grid in the environmental construction. Both the hard elements and the green areas with grass and willow massifs follow the same straight lines. At the back, linden trees surround the terrain. Architecture: ELD partnership.
