A green lung in the heart of Brussels

Until recently, the area around the office building on the Keizerinlaan in Brussels was one big car park. With the renovation of the building, Avantgarden took control of the surroundings and created a high-value company garden. The vegetation contributes to a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM score and acts as an oasis for butterflies and bees. The granite garden tiles are a recycled remnant of the former site, and serve to highlight the architecture of the building. Architecture: Crepain Binst Architecture.
