This nearly five-hectare site lies on a slope with expansive views over the surrounding forests and the city of Campo Grande. Topography and landscape formed the starting point for a design that connects openness and relief. The Pantanal—an immense wetland with exceptional biodiversity—was a key source of inspiration. This translated into giving water a central role and planting richly with trees and shrubs that attract wildlife, especially birds. At the bottom of the site, a horse pasture and a football field—so beloved by Brazilians—complete the landscape.
