Project Planning & Maintenance Manager (m/f/x)

What will you do?

You will coordinate the operational planning and management of teams and project sites, ensuring the optimal allocation of personnel and equipment. You will also be responsible for the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, plants, and machinery.

  • Become part of an enthusiastic team with short communication lines within the company
  • Monitor quality, planning, and budgets
  • Coordinate multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously
  • Lead landscapers and subcontractors
  • Think in solutions and proactively solve challenges

What are your tasks and responsibilities?

Planning & Coordination

  • Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules for maintenance and landscaping projects
  • Coordinate planning with project managers, site supervisors, and clients
  • Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time
  • Optimize the deployment of personnel, machinery, and transportation resources

Procurement Management

  • Order plants, materials, tools, and machinery according to project requirements
  • Request and compare quotations from suppliers
  • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and discounts
  • Monitor deliveries and manage inventory levels

Administration & Reporting

  • Process and follow up on purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
  • Report deviations in planning, deliveries, or costs to management
  • Maintain the supplier database and pricing agreements

Your profile

  • You have experience as a site manager or project manager within the landscaping or green sector
  • You possess strong administrative skills and a solid technical background
  • You hold a valid Category B driving licence

Your professional skills

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or have equivalent experience
  • You demonstrate commitment, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • You continuously monitor the profitability of your projects while maintaining an excellent balance between cost and quality
  • As a people manager, you can lead, motivate, and support teams effectively
  • Thanks to your organizational skills, you can create and manage clear and efficient schedules
  • You have sufficient administrative expertise to handle all aspects of site administration, including cost calculations, reporting, and administrative follow-up
  • You are customer-oriented and possess strong communication skills
